Specialist Diploma in Quantity Surveying is focus on strengthening student's knowledge and hone the necessary expertise for a competitive market in Singapore. You gain a detailed understanding of building production from concept to completion. This quantity surveying course covers all the key aspects of construction, commercial and domestic measurement as well as project estimating and tendering.

- 2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
- Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Civil Engineering); OR
- Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Built Environment Industry; OR
- Other PEI qualification (e.g. BCA Diploma that are equivalent to GSTM’s Specialist Diploma); OR
- Matured students: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered.
English Language Requirement:
- A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent; OR
- Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English
Fee
- Application Fees (Non-refundable): Full Time - $218 OR Part Time - $109
- Course Fees:

Fee Protection Scheme (FPS): Charges borne by GSTM.
Administrative Fee [Applicable to International Students]
- Medical Insurance: $109
- International Student Administrative Fee: $163.50
- Administrative Fee for Student Pass Application: $87.20
- ICA Application Fee: $45
- Issuance Student Visa: $60 / $90 (As stated in the In-Principle Approval letter from Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Singapore)

- Weekend - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm / 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm / 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm
