It is important that the project management must have the necessary knowledge and project management skills (which inlcude planning, controlling and managing multiple key elements - time, cost, quality, risk, safety and health, environmental issues) set to manage the building project professionally so as to complete and deliver the project to his clients on time and within budget.

Linus has more than 35 years of working experiences in the area of Construction Project Management, Contract Advisory and Management, Workplace Safety and Health Consultancy, Auditing and Manaement, Construction Productivity Advisiry and Management, Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 15001) Consultancy and Management in the Construction and Built Environment.

Currently, he is a Director of a few other companies, namely: Quax International Pte Ltd (managing turnkey and specialist precast project); Quax Construction Pte Ltd (Construction Project), AAA Performance Pte Ltd (Workplace Safety and Health Auditing Services), Sewanis Pte Ltd (Trading of Construction Products), Alpha Consultancy Pte Ltd (WSH, Construction Productivity and Management System Consultancy and Training).
