Academic Pathway
Employability
The F&B sector is intricately linked with the broader hospitality and events industry in Singapore. Graduates with expertise in catering management find opportunities in organising and managing events, weddings, corporate functions, and conferences. They also can start from entry-level positions such as line cooks, junior managers, or catering assistants and progressively move up to managerial roles in restaurants, catering companies, hotels, or even explore entrepreneurial ventures.
