Mode of Delivery and Teaching Methods:
- Courses are delivered through face-to-face classroom instruction, incorporating lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and project-based learning. Blended learning will only be adopted under exceptional circumstances, such as public health or other unforeseen situations, where face-to-face delivery is not feasible.

Eligibility
Academic Requirement:
- 2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and *English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR

Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Mechanical Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Marine Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Civil Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Building Surveying-Facilities) or GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Electrical & Electronic Engineering; OR

Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; OR
-
Other recognised PEI qualification in a related discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) that is assessed to be comparable in standard to a Polytechnic Diploma or IB Diploma; OR
- Matured student: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered.
English Requirements:
- *A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level, or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent; Or
- Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English
