- 2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
- Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Civil Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Building Surveying - Facilities), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Mechanical Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Marine Engineering) or GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Chemical Process Engineering) or GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Electrical & Electronic Engineering); OR
- Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Built Environment Industry; OR
- Other PEI qualification (e.g. BCA Diploma that is equivalent to GSTM’s Specialist Diploma; OR
- Matured student: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experiences will be considered.
English Language Requirement:
- A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or IELTS 5.0 and or equivalent; OR
- Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English

- Application Fees (Non-refundable): Full Time - $216 OR Part Time - $108

- Medical Insurance: $108
- International Student Administrative Fee: $162
- Administrative Fee for Student Pass Application: $86.40
