Mode of Delivery and Teaching Methods:
- Courses are delivered through face-to-face classroom instruction, incorporating lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and project-based learning. Blended learning will only be adopted under exceptional circumstances, such as public health or other unforeseen situations, where face-to-face delivery is not feasible.
- Detailed information on the manner in which each course is taught is provided in GSTM’s Course Specification and is communicated to students during orientation and at the commencement of the course. Relevant information is also available on GSTM’s website.
Eligibility
Academic Requirement:
- 2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
- Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Civil Engineering); OR
- Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Built Environment Industry; OR
- Other recognised PEI qualification in a related discipline that is assessed to be comparable in standard to a Polytechnic Diploma or IB Diploma; OR
- Matured student: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experiences will be considered.
English Language Requirement:
- A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent; OR
- Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English

- Weekday - 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm OR
- Weekend - 10.00 am to 1.00 pm / 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm / 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
