Introduction

This is a 3-months intensive course for students who wish to attempt the Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS) or Supplementary Admission Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS) exam in less than the recommended preparation time of 6 month and enhance their exam skills and get ready for the exams. The  Preparatory Course for Admission to Government Schools (Primary 2- Intensive) have been designed to prepare students for admission to mainstream government schools in Singapore.

Eligibility

 

• Aged between 7 to 9 plus years old*
• Passed English at Year 1 and completed Year 1 or its equivalent in their respective countries.

 *Age requirement must be met as of 1st January of the intended academic year of admission into the government school

Duration

Student may opt for 

• 3 months Face-to-face (Full Time) OR 
• 3 months Blended (Full Time)

For the option of Blended (3 months), students will learn 100% of the Syllabus of Mathematics and English modules via online. 

Class Mode

 

• Full Time, Weekdays
• Monday to Friday 
• 9am to 12 noon and 1pm to 4pm
• 6 hours per day

As per ICA regulations, International students are required to achieve at least 90% attendance every month and not be absent for 7 consecutive days and more without any valid reason.

Educational Pathway

After completing the course, students will sit for the AEIS or the S-AEIS examinations to gain admission to government schools.
